You receive a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to use EchoLang for personal learning. You may not resell, redistribute course content, attempt to reverse engineer systems, or remove notices.

• Modify or copy materials for commercial redistribution
• Use the platform for automated scraping or data mining
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer internal systems
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

3User Account

You are responsible for activity under your account. Use a strong password. Report unauthorized access immediately.

4Disclaimer

EchoLang is provided “as is” while under active development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific learning outcomes, language certification, or error‑free content.

5Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EchoLang is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, revenue, or productivity.

6Revisions & Changes

We iterate quickly. Terms may be updated. Material changes will be noted with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
